I'm searching and searching online and can't find a whole lot of information, so I'm hoping someone here has some input.
One of our stores has a great deal on frozen "fresh," whole sardines - innards and all. They're sold for human consumption complete with instructions on how to clean them and cook them properly. Now, since we're going raw soon, and these are baby furballs eating this, we would need to grind it up so they'd get a little of everything in each serving (which would be one small serving every couple of days to start out with, most likely). Anyway, I can find all of the information in the world on feeding a cat CANNED sardines, but not raw. Anyone have any idea what the nutritional content of these suckers is? We'll be feeding a variety of raw food, but I'm curious about how much of this fish the cats can have.
If anyone has any info, I'd be incredibly thankful!!
