are you kidding?
i'm a bit worried now but my cat Meeka hasn't come home now for a few days he just turned 1 year old a few months ago he's still quite small and i'm scared if anything's happened to him. My dad said that he heard from quite a few people now that cat's just wonder off for a few days and then come back home again no harm done. have any of you experienced this? or do any of you know if this is a common thing for cats to do?

It is more common for males to wander off for a couple days if they arn't neutered. Is he fixed? I hope he comes home soon.

Is he an indoor/outdoor cat? He may have gone off for a few days or gotten lost. A lot of times they come back but I would still circulate fliers and let your neighbors know you are looking for him. Put food out to attract him too.

Thank you , yes he has been fixed and he's got a microchip aswell so if anyone was to find him and bring him to the vet they could scan him. He is an outdoor cat. We're now making posters and calling some vets around the area and the RSPCA to let them know about our cat incase they do get a cat that matches the description of ours.

The more people know the better. Loads of cats are found by word of mouth. What I did is take some litter droppings and put it around my property so that my lost cat would smell his smell and know he was home.
