How can you tell if a kitten is going to be long-haired??

kitty's kittens are 16 days old today, and i just noticed for the first time, that patches, one of the little girls, seems to be a lot 'fluffier' than the rest.
she seems to be especially more fluffy around the sides of her face and on her feet, and her tail is the most noticeable difference, being a lot thicker than the others.
is this a sign that she will be long-haired, or is it just that she's the first to fluff out more, as they probably all will, even though they will be short-haired like mum, kitty?
there's some photos below.
sorry i couldn't get her to face the camera in the first one, and in the other two, where she's with her sister gizzmo, patches is on the left.
i know a lot of you are experts at knowing these kind of things, so i would appreciate anyone telling me what they think
many thanks

In the last picture, the one on the left looks longhair IMO, not sure about the right, the picture isn't well focused there.

yes sorry, that last picture isn't too good. it was hard work keeping them from wriggling when taking the photo!
but patches is the one on the left, that i was questioning if she might be long-haired, and you think she probably might be.
patches tail is also on the left, in the 'tails' photo, which shows it's lot thicker than her sister's.
thanks for your opinion. i'm not an expert on these things. i've always had cats, but this is the first time i've had kittens.
i'm finding it all a wonderfully fascinating experience, watching them as they grow.
it doesn't matter to me if she's long or short haired, all my moggies are beautiful to me.
but it just made me wonder!
