Ella is NOT a pretty cat. She's OK. She's white and tiger, with what would be a cute white nose, were it not for some sort of damage to her skin there. But she's a cuddle bug, once you get her out of the cage. Crawls in your lap, settles down, rubs on your hands, etc.
She is apparently a Katrina cat; the note on the paperwork says all her records were lost in Katrina. Her family turned her in because of a child's asthma.
It's kitten season, and life is dangerous at the shelter for adults. So, I had my wife go down and fill out a foster agreement that we would foster Ella if they needed the space for her and considered putting her to sleep.
I don't think she gets along well with other cats, so we probably couldn't keep her, but a few weeks in our spare bathroom would have to be better than being put to sleep, right?
