He ended coming out after being under there for about 4 hours....I kept hearing him bark through our vents, and there is an opening in our house out in the back and I assume he was chasing our strays or something because I know this is where they were staying at....but the animal shelter came and got him....he had a collar on but I couldnt get a good look at it and I had 4 kids out in the yard to watch over so I couldn't keep an eye on the dog too..he was very very muddy, and had a limp..guess that is where he was stuck at..I dunno..I am almost postive someone will pick him up.....I feel bad but gosh,,,i didn't want to just leave him runnin loose..i went out in the back of our house and started clapping my hands and calling him, with some ham and cheese and he came on out after that....

Movin' on up!
Dogs are not the brightest things - they're always getting into stuff, that they shouldn't.

Opie has hissed, growled and swatted Pearl, dozens of times and she STILL tries to play with him!

If he he has a collar or some type of ID HOPEFULLY his owner will pick him up.
You did the right thing, it's better he gets picked up, cleaned up, fed and given a chance, then roaming the roads all day to lord knows what worse fait.
