i got Izzy neutered on Monday, & she's pulled a stitch out already!
it's not bleeding or weeping, which is a good sign. Glamorous did the same, when she was done! after Glamorous did it, i phoned the vet's the next day, & they said to keep an eye on it, & if it start's to bleed/weep then bring her back.

Sounds like you know what to do. If you can try to keep her from licking at it too much or pulling out another - also make sure there's nothing she can easily hook a tooth into.

I remember that Conor pulled a stitch quite quickly as well. You know exactly what to do - keep an eye on it. It will probably be fine.

My Natty had her c-section Monday also and she now has the 2-3 week old foster babies and they keep clawing at hers, she's lost one I think, and it seems that it weeps a little because her shaved belly has a bit of dried red/clear stuff on it, but they vet said she should be okay as long as they don't tear out anymore.
