Geez you are a busy little thing hey??

The short answer is YES, you will adjust but you have to remember to keep some time to yourself for DOWN time! When you get a moment to just rest, do it!

When we were struggling finacially, I'd wake at 3:45 to do a cleaning job until 6am. work a full day until 7, train it home and get in for about 9, then the cooking, eating and preparing lunch, bathing etc began... if I was in bed before 12 it was a miracle! I was totally knackered by Saturday, which happened to be my only day to chill out but was taken up with shopping and cleaning the house, so no chilling out for me then... Saturday night both stepsons spent the night and were up and about by 6am on Sunday!

I usually don't like to nap on Saturdays because I feel like I'm wasting my one day off, but the last few weeks I've been taking a couple hour nap. I'm just so exhausted I can't stay awake. I decided last week it was OK, and that I really needed the sleep. And I think the kitties were happy that I was napping with them. My Poor Isaac has become very clingy already. When I'm home, he's at my feet no matter where I go. I guess he must really miss me.

I feel like if I don't sleep in on my day off then I am wasting my day. I know I have a million things to do but I need get sleep, there is always something to do in my life nonstop but I have to make time for myself. It is important just like a healthy diet. Less down time getting colds, feeling sick, etc.
Your schedule sounds okay. Just remember to keep up a good diet, always eat a good breakfast, pack your lunch if possible, drink lots of water, take time for yourself, or you can get run down easily if you are not used to a busier schedule than usual. You will adjust.
