Has anyone here had a cat who has passed bright yellow urine??? Due to liver problems? If so did it go away? Or is this a fatal sign the diseased liver is progressing?

It could very well mean that the urine is very concentrated, but I do not knwo what implications this might have.

However this is a question you really should ask your Vet.

I don't know for sure if this holds true for cats, but when a person has bright yellow urine it could mean that they are dehydrated. I would make sure kitty has plenty of fluids. Water especially but my vet told me that when they are dehydrated even chix or beef broth works. If you are unsure about the amount of fluids kitty is taking in I would check with the vet. He can always do an IV fluids if needed. Good Luck.

This cat sadly has passed away. Cabbie did all humanly possible, but it was not to be.

(((Cabbie))) I'm sorry for your loss, but I'm sure you did all that you could and made his last days the best you could.
