Does anyone own a Scottish Fold?

If this isnt the right board, then please put it were it belongs, cause I wasnt sure were to post it.
i was wondering if anyone owns or is owned by a Scottish Fold?? We fell inlove with this breed several years ago, but because of the high cost of buying one, we never did. And of course noone around here breeds them. A friend of my dh's family before he moved to FL, used to know of a women where he live in Indiana, who breed them and he was going to get us one, but then things happened and we never got one.. I would still like to have one, their is just something about that sweet folded ear face that just wants to make you go awwwwwwww...

I had 3 Scottish folds back in the 80's and 90's. I had 2 folds and one straight ear. They are such sweet little cats. I got mine from a breeder in Colorado. She was very active in the CFA with her cats. One of my folds was a show quality cat but she hated the shows. She carried on with the judges so bad that I would have to come get her out of the cage for them. Her little show career ended real quick after she got her championship. She wasn't going to go anywhere with her show disposition. She was a wonderful cat at home and had the best disposition in her own surroundings. Sadly she passed on from a cancerous sarcoma in her rear leg that was very agressive, when she was 6 years old. I still miss her very much.
