I was walking around outside. Then when I came in I layed down on the bed to snuggle with Popsie for a minute. When I went to get off the bed I felt somthing cold and slimey on the back of my leg. I looked down to find this little guy.
I think it was on my shoe, then got on the bed when I layed down.

There are two things in the animal kingdom I cannot stand - one is cockroaches - the other slugs. I take the salt container out after slugs!

I poured salt on a slug just to see what would happen. I felt pretty bad afterward.
I'm just a softie for all creatures. I get mad when my Dad steps on ants outside on his driveway.

Really?
Why not just put it outside?

I have never poured salt on a slug, but i did want to have water snails, so one day i went out and collected a bucket of snails, filled it up with water and put a lid over it i was crying the next morning when i saw them all dead!

Although i dont like slugs, i wouldnt put salt boxes.

I just hate ants.

Ewwww! It was on you?!

I don`t like slugs at all, snails are cute but they get deposit over the garden wall into the jungle garden
For some reason we have lots of really big snails in our garden and even bigger slugs. I thought my plants would be safe down here in the basement but they sneak down the walls in the evening and have themselves a little feast

Imagine this x10 all outside my flat
We stay in after dusk

Slugs do more damage to plants, so I don't mind killing them at all - YUCKY

You are right about box turtles liking them. I used to get earthworms and slugs and give them to my turtles to eat. The slugs I would get on a stick or big leaf - I would NOT touch them.

^ I don't blame you for not touching them. My dad's house (the one I grew up in) had a lot of slugs. They would always be on the back utility room floor, and of course I would never learn.... always walked out there barefoot without looking down.
A slug between the toes is nasty.
