hi

we currently have a 11week old female kitten, a friend has offered us a male from an unwanted litter he is currently 8weeks.

ive phoned several vets who have said they wont do spraying until 4ish months, at what age would their be a risk of the kittens having kittens???

any other advice would be great about how to introduce them!

thanks!

Kittens as young as 4-5 months old can breed and get pregnant. You have a month for them to play together. Schedule the appointments now (for when they are 4 months old). Do the female first as it can take up to 2 months for the male to be "clean" and not get her pregnant.

I would keep an eye on them. Any signs of him trying to mate, you must keep them separated till they are done.
