Why must we argue at 2:30 AM?

So last night Jordan was feeling spunky and decided that 2:30AM was a good time to torture his sister. Maggie can be a drama queen and he loves to make her angry. I think he tries to mount her (yes they are both fixed it's just a dominance thing) and she is not having it. So my question is what do I do when this happens. I have tried ignoring it, but it just keeps me awake. I have tried separating Jordan, but that requires chasing him to catch him. So any ideas to prevent the AM arguments?

I don't really know what to tell you. Our males play fight at night and scream a lot. I guess I just got used to it.

Enzo likes to mount Leya too
They were both fixed as soon as they could be. It's very weird.

It happens once in a while to me too.
You'll get used to it. Like people, cats get into noisy arguments and they don't care about the time or being considerate of others.

I was used to it before Jordan had all his health problems, but now it dosen't happen as often. I am torn because it is a good sign that he feels good enough to chase her around, but I would appreciate it more at 7PM.

My cats were freaking out for awhile from seeing outdoor cats early in the morning but seem ok now. I know it is distressing because it is so loud.
Maybe you could put her away for a few nights so you can get some sleep.
