In the dog world the first in everything is the leader of the pack. Does this apply to cats too particularly in the sequence of serving their food?
During mealtimes I give the slow eaters their food first. I do it because when it is time to clean up I want it done in one go. Now I am curious if this will affect the relationship between my 11 cats. I've noticed that at meal times the "quick eaters" tend to bully the others to keep their distance from me. I think it is normal but now I am not sure.
