Clover and Callie used to get along really well, but ever since Callie had her kittens five weeks ago, whenever the two of them are around each other, Clover starts growling and hissing and sometimes swatting at Callie, and I don't know why. Does it maybe have something to do with her having kittens? We've never had a cat have kittens before, and all of the other cats act the same around Callie, but Clover seems to act mean towards her now. I don't get it.

Any ideas?

I would say it has everything to do with her having kittens. I don't know any advice to give ya though, maybe keep them seperated as much as possible until the kittens get older? Good luck and congrats on the *new* arrivals!

She's jealous, pure and simple, and if she can't have her own kittens, no one else can have any either!

Thanks for the replies.
I kind of thought it had to do with the kittens.

I had a feeling it might be that. Silly Clover.
