So, I've been treating Larry like a prince since his sister went to the bridge. I bought some of that cat grass, and it grew within a week.

Larry loves it. It's still in it's plastic container, so it's easy to move around. If I have it up on the windowsill, he plays with it and it ends up on the floor, so I put it on the floor. Then he buries his face in it, lies next to it and takes blades out and eats them.
Makes me laugh.

I wish I could get a picture of him lying on the floor with his paws around this container of grass!! Cracks me up!

He leaves it after eating a bit of it, and then I put it up where he can't get it.

Mine love their grass too
I have it in a sturdy pot, the grass is flattened within a day because Ana climbs on top and burries her toys in there.

I've been thinking of transferring it to sturdy pot. I keep thinking if I had a big bed of it, he'd probably go to sleep in it.

Glad your kitty is enjoying it!

I second the sturdy container. Some of the ones here come with a little pot but it moves about too easy so I get one of those long plastic window boxes for Maisie.

It grows so quick!

chloe LOVES her nip. we call it kitty ganja cuz she was so addicted. her pupis would get huge and she would go kinda crossed eyed hahahaha

we kept moving it around but she would aways get to it. we came home one day and she had managed to knock it off the top of the built in book shelf and DEVOUR it. there was nothing left but the pot and some dirt. even the roots were gone.

patchy could care less
she would rather have string cheese than grass
