This raises an interesting question... if the testicles are the result of castration rather than being the result of a bull being slaughtered, could it be considered vegetarian?

Still....

Funny title, Bruce ....

Hadn't heard of that one. There's a bar in a small town of Milliken (ironically named "Bruce's") that claims to be the "Home of the Rocky Mountain Oyster". I'm sure they weren't the first to think of it, but I think they were the first to perfect it and offer it for sale to the public. Never tried it myself.

BTW, if you are ever offered Turkey Fries...it's the same thing, only from Turkeys.

Also ironically enough...I think I've only seen men eating those "delicacies".

I've noticed that too, or usually making jokes about them.

Here we call them cafe fries and it's something you'll commonly find on any cafe/little town dinner menu...

Umm...I'd have to pass on those.

The same with pig's feet and chicken feet (yeah, people eat those too!). I can't even stand sardines.
