A note about countdown tickers in signatures

I've noticed more countdown tickers popping up in signatures lately. They are allowed on TCS, so that isn't in a problem. Some members have been putting a ticker in their signature along with their picture signature, which in most cases makes the signature oversized. The Signature Rules can be found here.
