I am waiting for my kitten to be old enough to come home with me from the breeder! She was supposed to be spayed yesterday, and I was scheduled to pick her up next Friday the 6th. The breeder told me that she has held off on her spay until June 3rd so that she can get more weight on her. She said that I could still get her on the 6th, but only if I have a room that would restrict her running and jumping. I don't think I do - the one bathroom I have that would work has a noisy light/fan. I'm also nervous about her still having the sutures and possibly picking at them. So I think I'm going to have to wait until June 11th to pick her up
. It seems like FOREVER, but I know it's in her best interest.
