Most stuck I've ever been on an assignment

They seem to have crammed an entire assignments worth of questions into the last 2 modules of work for my statistics subject - all work we have not done before, all very confusing, and it's material that we're only due to finish the day before the assignment is due.

I got 91% on my last assignment which was similarly weighted, so I'm not a complete dumbo, but this all has me stumped. It's all similar questions, but little things worded differently which involves very different working out.

I'm so confused, and I can't ring any lecturers because I'm in Europe, they're in Australia, and the hours they are in the office is the middle of the night here, and the others staying in the corporate apartment I'm in wouldn't appreciate me using the phone in the middle of the night. Sigh.

Can you email them and wait a day for their input? Or maybe you and DH could go out for a midnight breakfast (one of my favorite silly things to do, back when I had an SO) and you could phone from the restaurant. You'd be at a table, so you could take notes easily, too.

Or do they do pancakes at 2:00am in Europe?

I remember vaguely my college statistics class-like why did I even take it!! I hope you can get some assistance-perhaps classmates??

I emailed the main tutor last night before I went to bed (about 7am his time), asking for advice, and it's now 5:30pm their time, and no response

I used to do correspondence and I know how it is, I used to have to call up every thursday for Italian class, It go to the point whether id call at 6 am here which was 2pm there
or wait till 1 am and it was 9 am there.

They only let you talk to the tutors between certain hours which are in the middle of the day, so middle of the night here! I'm hoping the main tutor will organise a more reasonable time that I can call someone, but I won't find out until tomorrow though.

That seems like a crime. You may have to be a little pest to get what you need.
