I just saw a pretty torbie outside our apartment, so called it. She came over (obviously kitty, kitty, kitty works in any language
), and I had just been past a boutique pet store, so pulled out some treats from my bag that I bought to take home for my girls, and offered one to the kitty. She sniffed it, shook her head in disgust and ran off!

How ungrateful

She's the 4th kitty we've since in the last day around here. The first 3 were all quite shy, but very healthy looking, and at least 2 had collars. It's nice and quiet, so the kitties are pretty safe outside I guess.

Well, the nerve of the cat.
I guess she or he is getting spoon fed filet mignon somewhere.

We've gotten treats before, and a few of our kitties don't seem to like them either.

I'm in suburbia - no tourists around here!! I guess she just has a refined palate.

Guess it depends on the cat - I have had shelter cats turn their noses up at threats that the other kitties were frantically gobbling down! I had one kitten climb me to get to my hand do he could get the snacks faster!!

There's so many kitties around here! If I look out my back window, I can usually see at least 3 cats
We're in suburbia, in a very quiet area, so everyone lets their cats out.

There's a SUPER sweet orange and white guy we saw walking home from dinner 2 nights ago. He was so cute - climbed into my lap, purring away and rolling around. He was the biggest lovebug
