How long

does it usually take to get a positive pregnancy test? I have a few symptoms, fatiuge, headache, moodswings. I took a test today and it was negative but if I am pregnant I'd only be about two weeks. I can't go by missed periods because I was on the depo shot and I haven't had a period in like four years. I was going to get on a different kind of bc so I didn't get my shot last month but have been using condoms. So I don't know.

Try waiting 2 more weeks. My Sister thought she was Preg and all tests were Neg. She isnt Preg but she now has had her period for over 10 Days.

When I was TTC my last child, I took a test a day before I was due for my period and it was negative, but it was positive a few days later. Try again in a week or two if you're still wondering.

Id try again in a couple weeks, but I'd *think* that it would take more than a month to get the hormones from the depo shot out of your system

That's what I think too. And you may be feeling the symptoms because of stopping your birth control.

I tested 2 days before my cycle was due and it was positive. I know all women are different but I'm with the other ladies in saying to wait another week, at least. It could be the depo has just screwed you up for now.
