Rocky's eyes

Something is going on with them...I don't really know how to explain it exactly but he doesn't seem to be in any pain or seem to be uncomfortable either, but what it is is the lower part of the inside of his eye is showing more than usual...it is always when he is more sleepy,,,as soon as he opens his eyes up you would think he was blind or something..it is like a light bluish color too..do any of you know what I am talking about? why is he doing this ya think? should I take him in or is it just something that will go away on it's own?

It sounds rather odd to me. I think that a Vet check is in order...even it turns out to be nothing its better to safe than sorry!

Any time you see the appearance of the third eyelid, it is usually always a health problem. Please take Rocky to the vet as soon as you can.

i am gonna call tomorrow and tell the vet to see if she thinks he needs to be looked at,,,his activity is rather normal and he is eating ok too...I just wasn't sure what to think about it..I'll let yall know though.

I called and talked to the vet and she said it usually just means they are feeling a little under the weather...since Rockys eyes aren't doing it constantly, she doesn't see any need in seeing him just yet...she asked if any of it looked inflamed in the area and it doesn't so, she she said sometimes it just does that even if they are feeling a little down....she said cats can get depressed so I am wondering if that is the case..I don't know why he would be, but I will make sure and give him extra scritches and lovins today..
