Yes, I was going crazy, 16 days without the net.
My parents are back though, and with them came the satellite connection,yay!

I'm dating again
One of my closest friends, I've known him for 15 years now, asked if he could date me seriously.
The best thing is, is that we're already close friends and we have enough in common that we've never run out of things to say even after 15 years.
I also met him on the internet, way back when, then in person a year after that, but we've been good friends ever since.
And now for the truly important announcement......
I have a new kitten
She's feral born, approximately 5 weeks old and jet black.
I've named her Jade and will be using my stimulus money to get her spayed and her kitten shots.
And, since I'm the one who captured this litter, I have her litter mates here as well.
Rikki, another little girl, brown tabby, immediately claimed by my neighbor.
The third has no name yet as no one has yet expressed an interest.
She's a girl, also black, but with a teeny, tiny white spot on her chest and a white triangle on her belly.
I'm going to try really hard to convince my boyfriend that he should take her.
Thank god there were only three in the litter.
