nothing like a little gender bending in the game. I can't play male toons to save my life. My hubby has a female Draenei who he says is hot... he has problems with the hooves and tails.. but hey nobody is perfect.

I cannot stand to watch the female NE or the male NE dance. I dance a lot more when I play a Draenei ( I love the male draenei dance), Dwarf, and gnome. I don't care for the humans much... too boring. The female humans jump so horribly. I like the NE jump. And the Blood Elf jump as well. I think the horde dances are so much better.

As for watching your toon run... I understand. I actually met a chic IRL who is shaped exactly like a draenei minus the tail and the way their legs are shaped, and the hooves. Most guys who know her just love her.

lol

LOL! The gnome female dances are hilarious but their laughs are a bit annoying. I heard that in the next expansion pack they're extending dances so that you can customize them, or something like that. I think you'll be able to change hairstyles too.

Yeah my former roomie was saying something about that too. I am rather excited for more customising of my toons. I have never liked how wow toons look alike. I liked coh for the fact that toons can look so different from one another.

I have a 70 Belf shadow priest and a 60 Belf holy priest, I've been playing since the game came out and kind of met my partner on there.

I tried WoW for a few weeks. It was fun, but IMO not fun enough to pay for on a monthly basis, so I didn't continue. WoW is a good traditional RPG, but nothing especially original.

I made a troll specifically because they have such AWESOME mohawks. A multi-colored triple mohawk with braids is basically the coolest rpg character hairdo ever.

My server is Archimonde, a PVP server. I have been tempted to make up a toon on an RP server. Do people actually roleplay? That would be pretty cool!

I do love the trolls hair, and their dances. As for RP... most RP happens within the guild you are in. I've noticed not many people on the chats, trade channel etc don't even know what RP or Role Play even means. But I do like the rp servers better.

I get really bored with rp games if people make me grind for lvls... I HATE grinding. I really love the holiday events, and the professions. It is mainly my family and friends who keep me playing. I've let my account run out so I didn't have to play, but either my brother, friend, or hubby pays it so that I can continue to play...

I was a WoW Widow--I even joined a support group.
The people I know who play it in CO are really pretty pathetic--that's no reflection on you folks here who do, as you seem to be responsible and don't let it rule your lives. However, my boyfriend used to play it 7+ hours a day with his roommate. He'd turn down just about everything--except poker-- to play. That includes "relations" with me. =( After we broke up because he was spending every waking hour away from work on that stupid game, he finally realized that he had no social life and quit playing totally--and now things are SO SO SO much better.

I've seen it eat people's lives; ugh. I'm a gamer myself, but games that don't have an end are no bueno imho.

Nuh uh...might give me away!
DH and I have a "play date" on Monday to get our guest accounts, etc. going and see if we like it.
We're friends with a couple who play together, and they really think we'd like it. I have no problem giving it a try.

Yeah, I do understand how a game can suck a life away. My hubby hurt his back and spent every day while i was at work playing. He would stop playing for a while when i was home from work. We would go to bed, and he would get up after I was asleep and play all night... I tried not to get angry at him, but I did talk to him. He slowed down on it... Luckily he's a logical person and saw what I was saying. People with really addictive personalities probably have more trouble then people who don't easily get addicted. My personal addiction is reading stuff on the net, and playing Sims 2. I will play wow with my husband on my laptop and build a house on sims 2 on my desktop. He would get so mad at me... lol

the southpark wow episode is really funny and shows what can happen IF you spend too much time on the game... it scared me.

I don't play WOW because I have to much time in Runescape. I have a high level character and I don't feel like starting another game as a "noob" LOL

My husband complains that I don't play WoW enough.
I need to level up my shadow priest, so maybe I will play some more soon.

I was thinking that it would be funny for everyone to make up a n00b character on one of the servers that we use and create a guild with a name that was a funny cat pun. Anyone have a funny pun idea?

We could all be druids and hunters.

But that is not funny. Hello kitty is annoyingly cutesy. I was looking for something funnier, that involved a WoW or video game joke and a cat word.

We have some really funny guild names on our server like "I'd Mana Tap That" and the "Short Bus Allstars"

Lol this thread is funny. Amazing how many people play WoW. Believe or not (ya ya total geek here) my boyfriend and I met on WoW. Horde side on Malfurion. We moved in together and we now play alliance on Khadgar (I miss Horde so much!) Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]m a Resto Shammy, and heâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s a Warlock.

We used to play a lot but now that summer is here we pretty much play maybe 2 hours a week for arenas and a little bit of Bg's. We used to be hardcore raiders doing 25 mans few times a week... more of a winter thing though.

I LOVE that we play together, ive been playing online games since the first graphic one was invented (anyone played Meridian 59? LOL long shot) all the way to WoW for today and everything in between and i cant say i ever had as much fun as when i play with my boyfriend. Adds so much more.
