I fainted in the middle of a semi-busy street while helping a man pick up some newspapers that had flown away. That is what happens when you don't eat your breakfast!
Don't have a moment like I did.

I bet that didn't feel too good.. but glad you're okay.

I used to hardly ever eat breakfast when I was in HS, but I never had any problem with not eating anything. I usually eat a little something every morning now though.

If missing breakfast is all it takes to make you faint, that's kinda scary! Have you had a checkup recently? With a complete blood count?

^I agree. Though you could have been a bit dehydrated, if blood tests look fine. That has no correlation to eating and after eight hours or more of sleeping most people are dehydrated anyways (anyone ever wake up with a headache after sleeping in?)

I wish mine was so simple.
A little too hot, not enough water, stand up too quickly, stand too long (15-20 minutes), etc and I'm at risk for a near faint. Get my heart going too fast and I will faint... I'm really anxious about next week, I can't afford to be sent to the ER if something happens.

At least if one is out in the street no one can force them to go because of liability...
