Ok, My cat had her kittens under are house last night, We could here them throught my parents vent in the bedroom.
Now when should we move the kittens?? Should we wait a couple days then move them, or move them now??
We are going to move them in are little office, Its very quite in there and cool.

What do you think?? I dont want us to move them then have her freak out and not take care of them.
She is my cat, she is very friendly and sweet.

If mom is tame, You should move the kittens as soon as possible, It is not safe for them to be under the house. As soon as the kittens are 8 weeks old(most vets will spay when kittens are 8wks old) the mom should be spayed so that this doesnt happen again. Make sure you are feeding The mom kitten food..when you move her make sure you have a nesting box ready for her stay in with her babies. Also you should handle the kittens some every day to tame them. The mom won't abandon her kittens just because you touched them.

under the house is not safe because predators can possibly get to them and the momma cat can get out and get pregnant again. Plus as soon as those kittens are big enough to wander off, it will be hard to keep track of them.

move them in the house now where they are safe and you can watch over them. Don't let the mother cat outside or anywhere near intact males until she can be spayed when the kittens are 8 weeks old.

If mom can get under the house, so can male cats, who will kill the kittens if they get a chance. So can any number of predators, parasites, etc.

The sooner you get them indoors, the safer they'll be.
