Ok guys I got fed up at the gas station. She kept scheduling me for 6-8 days in a row with 2 or 3 days off in between the 6-8 day stretches. It was too much for me. I said something to her about it and she basically said either you do this or you dont have a job. I kept working I liked the job just not that many days in a row on third shift. I talked with my DH who is a manager at a Call Center here and asked him if he thought I could get a job there its a dollar more an hour with the chance to earn bonuses on each check. He talked to the HR manager who had him tell me to put in for job I did and I got hired I start on Monday
It will be 2-11 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. The things I like better about this job are that if I get sick I dont have to worry about losing my job if I call in and now my life is not in danger every day I work. At the gas station my life was threatened with a knife once and then verbal threats a couple of other times. Can I have some that I enjoy this new job and that I start feeling better I have a chest cold that Im on antibiotics for but I still feel pretty rough! Thanks Everyone!
