Hello!

I am wondering if anyone has insight about an all-natrual flea deterrent. My kitties are indoor girls, but they still got fleas once... so I have been treating them with Frontline for about 6 months. I am afraid to stop treating them b/c I don't want fleas in my house again. But, I notice the kitties really don't like the Frontline. They freak out when I put it on them. I don't know if it's the cold/wet feeling they don't like, or the feeling of the chemicals.

Either way, I am an all-natural person myself (as much as I can be), and it occured to me that there may be an all-natrual way of preventing/killing fleas.

I will greatly appreciate any input, other sources, etc.

Thank you!

I actually tried an all natural remedy on my Cat Tigger...he was left with a bald spot...so I decided I would stick with front line or advantage...

If they are reacting poorly to Frontline, you could try Advantage, Revolution, or Program. The only safe and effective natural remedy I know about is using food-grade/human grade diatomaceous earth to treat your house. It doesn't treat the cat directly though, and it seems like a treatment for an existing problem rather than a preventative.
