Fur Balls

I think my kitten has a fur ball as she is gagging, not constant, just on occasions thru-out the day. Any advice on what to give her to get it out and also how to prevent it in the future.

one unless you KNOW it is a hairball talk to the vet...

I use butter for young ones hairballs

Kittens are especially bad about putting things in their mouths, like twigs, etc., than can get stuck in their throat. If you have any doubt, you should probably have a vet take a quick look.
