suckling siblings genitals

I know this has been asked... forgive me i just searched everywhere and could not find the answers.

Typical situation, kittens... about 8 weeks old sucking on brothers genitals. I know thats bad i know it needs to be stopped. it seems to be just one girl doing it and im holding her right now because she just wont stop.

I dont have any ability to get bitter apple to put on his bottom right now. does vinigar work? what are other options?

Are you planning on getting the male kitten neutered? Maybe that will help. I've never even heard of cats doing this.

they are my newest bunch of fosters, they get fixed in a month, even though they are 8ish weeks already. its really common for them to do it... especially if they are taken away from mom too soon. I just cant seem to remember the tips to this and googling and searching is getting me no where.
