I have fostered two batches of kittens so far and with those two i have kept their food bowl full (they have generally been about 6-13 weeks old). But their cage gets incredibly messy when they play and bump food, it goes flying everywhere. So i'm thinking about that and i realize, am i even supposed to have a bowl for them constantly? Thats what we did with my cats at home, but i never thought to think anythign different for the fosters. Should i be giving them a constatly full bowl? or should i only feed them periodically? and if thats the case... how often? and do i pick it up after an amount of time?
