I foster kittens so i am unable to use any clumping litter... They tell me to use clay litter, but it drives my boyfriend NUTS, the dust floating through the air is rediculous. Is there anything i can substitute for clay litter, that is still safe for kittens?

2 possibilities: World's Best Cat Litter - clumping, low dust, corn based so it doesn't matter if the kittens eat it.

Kitten Attract - for kittens who aren't sure what that litterbox is for! also low dust, clumping - but it is clay based.

Nature's Miracle - this was nice but tracked too much
Feline Pine (clumping and non-clumping) - this was ok
Stove Pellets - super cheap
World's Best Cat Litter - the best in my experience
