Hey guys

My birthday was Wednesday, and I'm having a picnic brunch to celebrate tomorrow. My friends are bringing mimosa supplies, bread & dip, fruit salad, and some sort of pastry thing. I'm going to be baking some stuff tonight to bring.... anybody have any favourite brunch-type recipes that can be easily transported to the park? (I guess they'd have to be served cold or room temperature.) Thanks!

Any kind of egg based breakfast bake would be good... like a quiche or casserole.

For a picnic brunch in the park I would bring some crusty bread with hard boiled eggs, some sort of salami, maybe a hunk of cheese and a small jar of mustard. I would bake something but I am so tired right now all I can think of are food that require no work.
