Resizing sig

I`m sure this is too big but anything numbers and my brain goes blank. Is there someone who would check it and resize if it is? Please. Thank you?

The file size is a bit large at 31K. The file size can't be any larger than 30K. If someone else doesn't get to it, I can resize it for you later.
