Malpractice Insurance. I'm going to begin my practicum in 2 weeks, and the clinic I will be counseling at felt I should have my own. It was only $29 per year because I am a student. It's hard to believe, it just makes it even more real that I had to get "Malpractice Insurance."

I noticed that you are in Milwaukee...My Brother-in-law just got accepted to the university there to attend the graduate program in Psychology (I forget which exact degree
) My sis didn't get accepted into the graduate program, but I hope that maybe next year she will.

Wow a business expense!! Better keep ack of that for tax purposes.

When I first consulted an insurance agent for liability insurance I was surprised at the limit recommended (1 million dollars). Guess there are many sue happy people in the world!!

If it's a psychology program it is probably to get a PhD in Psychology at UWM. I'm getting my Masters in Counseling at a small women's college in the city.

Yes unfortunately there are a lot of sue happy people. Standard insurance is 1 million dollars for you & 3 million to cover the agency. Luckily because I am a student it is super cheap $29.00 for the whole year.
