free Eagle Pack @ Pet Valu (Ontario?)

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I was in Pet Valu a few days ago and they had an offer that if you bought SwheatScoop you got a free 3 lb back of Eagle Pack dry food. The SwheatScoop was $13.99 and the food is worth $15.99--so it was a pretty good deal. I don't know how widespread this is (I live in Hamilton Ontario) but I thought I'd share it.

Is it at all PetValu's or just yours? I believe they are like a franchise - I could be wrong.
