OK it is not in the stool because I looked but one of my new kittens has soft poop and has some left overs on him so I wiped it with a Kleenex and there was some blood on it, should I be worried or is this normal.. I won't be able to take them to the Vets until Friday. BTW he is eating normal and acting normal... ok well thanks for the advice..

Its quite normal for a kitten to have worms! If the kitten had worms and was de-wormed it is likely that some of the larvae were still there and could have grown into worms! When my cat had worms I gave him the tablet and then had to do it a month after to make sure that all the eggs and stuff had gone. So that could be the problem. Sometimes you can see the worms! Not pleasant but worse for kitty as might have a bit of a dirty bottom! I would check but if not worms def go to the vet.
