Pix...Help pls....Sexing a kitten a Ruby or Reuben

Hi Everyone
This kitten that found us some weeks ago and we thought was a she "RUBY" but now I reckon not! My partner thinks a Girl...We are in the country so could not got to the vet to check.
What do you think..bit hard to take the photos, hope they are good enough to identify.

We dont know how old 'HE" is we have had him for 6wks. A few ppl got them dropped over their back fences. Lovely hey...We are going to take him this wk for a trip to the vet for the snip.
