Hang tight guys. As soon as someone figures out what's going on, they will let us know.
I cant wait until its fixed. It was fine earlier today before I went to the Gym.
I moved the thread to the proper forum, but don't know what's going on. I've been switching forums, and going back and forth from the arcade, but I'm not getting the pop-ups. I suspect one of the techies is making some adjustments in the background, so just hang tight.

If it's any help. The advertising banner that's between the page header and the forum won't display until you've acknowledged the "test" popup. They may be related somehow.
