Roller Trainer for bikes

Does anyone on TCS have a roller trainer for their bicycle? This would be for the more than average cyclist. I'm wondering how hard they are to use. Here's one being ridden for the first time. The guy gets it down pretty quick.

I've never seen one of those! I would fall over so fast....

My brother had one of those (ages ago) and it was not that easy. There is no resting because you have to keep moving to avoid falling off. But once you get the hang of it you get a real work out.

At the time I had never heard of anything like it.
