I thought this was a strange way to spell DT, but then I realized it is not a DT nor is it Thursday. :tounge2: I guess I'm just so used to seeing a weekday and then two letters that I just assume it.

I don't watch TV on Thursday nights because I call Bingo at the seniors' home. But if I did, I'd probably be disappointed too.

Jenn! Is that Grover in your signature? I loved Sesamie Street!

Grover was a favorite of mine...The whole "Near & Far" thing was a riot! I can do an awesome voice imitation of that....remember when he was sitting on the barn...and he'd go "Farrrr" and then he'd boogie his butt up to the screen carrying two buckets and then say, "Nearrrrrrrr" Does anyone besides me remember that or do you all think I'm crazy???

And your right....TV last night stunk. The only show that I usually watch on Thursday nights that wasn't a rerun was Scrubs....I love that show.

Yay Debby, I just loved Grover too, I even named my pet chicken after him when I was a kid. He was such a lovable character.

You guys, I am getting so confused (which isnt hard), you are talking thursday night tv and here it is saturday morning. Ah well cant be helped. I dont watch tele much but all we have been getting is war coverage on most channels.

I'm ticked! My nightly ritual is ruined for tonight! I always watch my favorite Soap Opera (One Life To Live) at 8 pm on Soap Net....and of course they took it off due to the current events! Errrr...Friday nights are the best nights too!

Yes, that's Grover!

I
Grover.
Yes, Debby, I remember the "neaaaaaarrr" "farrrrrr" segments!

I'm actually obsessed with all the Muppets... just the art and work put into them, and the fact that they all make me laugh. I wish I was a little bit older so that I could remember The Muppet Show, but I only remember little bits and pieces of it. But I still love to watch old reruns of the movies.
I also download a lot of the songs and send them to my grandma... she always calls and tells me how they bring a smile to her face.

I'm 17 and I'll still sit down and watch Sesame Street the odd time. It just love it. I wish there were more kids shows like it... you know, no violence... Educational TV that lets them still have fun.

And my Chicken Dancing Elmo is the focal point of my bedroom.

I don't watch TV on Thursdays.
I don't really like sitcoms, at least not American ones, and I lost track of ER a long time ago.

Today, I came home from work, and slept from 5:30 until 8.
Guess I was tired. I did get up at 5:30 this morning and went to the local farmer's market on my way to work.

I love the muppets, too. I like the 2 grouchy guys who sat in the balcony, I can't remember their names. I remember a few episodes where my mom and I both laughed till we cried.

For my birthday one year I received Grover, Ernie, Burt, and Big Bird puppets. It made my day. You would pull a string and they would say famous lines of each character......like Ernie's laugh!

I miss those dolls and Nakita doesn't look like any of them.
