kitty ears?

i know with humans young and teen children can hear noises that adults can.. does this go with cats?

Misty actually sings if we whistle or make a higher pitched voice....
none of the others are bothered??

Cats naturally are attuned to higher frequencies than we are and easily hear things we can't - maybe it partly explains why they go after birds - the tweeting attracts them. The higher a voice you use to talk to cats, the happier they get!

i just found it strange misty is the only one whos remothely interested in whistles...
my partner doesnt speak too her but whistle now she mews back too it
