Here is a pic from our fishing trip at the weekend, a couple of nice sized
Conger Eel which two of the boys caught.

Yep they were a good size, this one weighed in at just under 60lbs
Got plenty of conger steaks out of it

LOL!! I got a job to say what it tastes like, I think it has its own unique taste, firm flesh and quite sweet as well. There are so many recipes for it, and it does taste realy good grilled on the barbeque as well.

Well you might get it in a resteraunt but I have not seen it sold in any fish shop in the UK. Its a fish, its edible, just not common in the shops. People are too fussy sometimes when it comes to eating things. im sure if they tried it they would think again.
