no you still have to pay. i have a free pass cos of my dh.
he does doesn't he. strange thing is that he hates going in the car, gets really stressed and worked up. (i'm his fifth owner so goodness only knows what happened to him before) but he loved it on the bus. maybe cos there was so much more room.
