yeh, when i spoke to Cat's Protection earlier on, they said to contact the council, as they have to have a record, of every cat that's been knocked over.

Have you let the neighborhood kids know about Sassy??? Kids seem to get the "scoop" on the pets on the block & who's found a cat, etc. And they love the thought of playing detective.
....anything to get these TCS vibes working

no, i hadn't thought of that...

...however, i don't think i've seen any kid's in my area. i've only been here, just over a year now.
