Hi,
I have been using Arm & Hammer litter for about 10 years. Clumpable and it used to be fine particles. Just brought some home and it is very coarse. I was wondering if anyone knows of a litter comparable but fine.
Thanks

Hi --

I just started using a mix of the Papurr scoop and Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat (one of my boys has idiopathic cystitis). While it doesn't clump as well as the traditional clay litters like Arm and Hammer, it does have a much finer texture and may be more comfortable for your cats.

A pretty fine litter is Cat's Pride--sold at Walmart, I think. I used it once, it clumped okay, but it was pretty dusty.

Ive got a huge tub of Tidy Cats (red) that is pretty fine. So far not dusty but Im sure once I get down a little further all the dust will be at the bottom of the pail (sigh)

The Target store brand in the clearish jug is very fine.

I bought a bag of Swheat Scoop Multicat and put it in one box. The cats LOVE it. It's much finer than World's Best and doesn't seem to track as badly. I would say Swheat Scoop Multicat is comparable to Tidy Cats scoop in it's texture and I think that is why my cats like it so much.
