What breed of dog(s) do you have?

I was just wondering what breed/s of dog everyone had and how they get along with the cats?
I have:
Jack russel terrier mix...
Boston terrier
Lab x Basset hound x Australian shepherd x Chow
and a Lab

They all get along very well with cats.

we got border terrier X jack russell
and a bearded collie cross

I have a pair of littermate brothers. One appears to be a golden/setter mix (Sam) and the other a lab/setter mix (Spike). I also have a female and we think she is border collie/lab mix (Lola).

They get along marvelously with our cats.

We have:

German Shepherd
Beagle/Sheltie/who knows what mix
Jack Russell/Cavalier King Charles mix
Jack Russell
Beagle/Dachshund mix

They all do wonderfully with the cats, especially Thunder the German Shepherd who has helped to raise many bottle babies!

yorkie- Gidget age 12 ... thinks she is part cat part human and a little bit dog .... WONDERFUL with CATS
ridgeback- Ben age 8 - His best friend is Zoey they are having a interspecies love affair... see Zoey thinks she is part dog

some kind of mix which i dont know what she is at all (hope)
chihuahua (gizmo)
promeranian mix (gracie)
cairn terrier (mina)
shih tzu (jazz)
and 2 poodles (dolly and rebel)

How do you afford to feed that pack??

I've got:
Lab
Lab/german shorthaired pointer
bichon

Two perfect, precious, darling Labradoodles, who, when puppies, used to terrorise the cats, but we have a truce, now

Bear is a lab x? mix.
Obviously a bully breed, just unsure which exactly, he's big, so I'm thinking American Bulldog.
He's excellent with everything, has a very healthy respect for cats, so he tries to ignore them.

These guys are my babies!

We have Rosie -german shepard/ sheltie
and Sophie - Toy Pomeranian
Sophie loves the kitties, Rosie is afraid of my boy Gus,

We have Reuben, a Working cocker spaniel (Reuben is a god amongst dogs)
and Sophie, a Springer spaniel. It was Sophie's 4th birthday yesterday.

Abby, the Golden Retriever who REALLY loves cats, and everything else she happens to meet. I'm sure she'd even welcome the Akita who attacked her a few years back... Typical Golden!

Aww I love the collar on your Dobi! I Dobi's!

I had a shihtzu that we had to get put down in Feb. She was 15 when she was pts. But sadly I dont have any pictures of her on my laptop.
We also have my room mates Sheltie that comes over and stays with us pretty often. She kinda likes to chase the cats but she is only 1 and a herder. But she would never hurt them. One raises a paw and she freaks out and runs away!

We have a chocolate lab (Kisses) 4yrs , bassett hound (Scoobie) 4yrs, mutt (Tails) 15yrs and Miniature Schnauzer mix (Bella aka Legs) 5 months. Everyone gets along great.

We have one English Bulldog. When she is ignoring the cats, they get along great. We're working on teaching her that cats are not for playing with.

I have a Golden Retriever who LOVES cats-- she'll even try to make friends with stray/feral cats! Unfortunately for her my last cat and my current adult cat both hate dogs, they don't want anything to do with her and swat her if she tries to sniff them... My kittens mostly ignore the dogs. My Golden does have some cats that are friendly with her, some of my friends' cats, who she just loves because they actually want to interact with her! She also loves all the other types of animals she's met like rabbits, hamsters, ferrets, rats, guinea pigs, miniature donkeys, etc...

I also have a Rat Terrier mix who is mostly scared of cats because my previous cat (who was here before him) used to terrorize him, chase him and swat at him and etc... So he mostly steers clear of them.
