Hi!
I hope anyone here with Pet Insurance can help me out. My kitty was just recently diagnosed with FLUTD as a complication from her spay surgery. She's 6 months old. The clinic who performed the surgery failed to diagnose her properly although a urinalysis and culture sensitivity test were performed. I filed my claims after paying for the vet bills (incld. tests and medications)
I found a new vet who performed the same tests on her and gave me the diagnosis. So, I was wondering if this claim will also be reimburse or will the insurance company sees it as an existing condition?
The first clinic send in the claim form for me and I did not know what they wrote as a diagnosis but the vet who treated my kitty did not inform me of the diagnosis and just brush it off as an UTI due to stress.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
