kitties grooming each other

do your cats groom each other?
Rocky grooms Fluff all the time I think it is soo sweet and motherly...I swear he thinks he is her mom...

The siblings (Jules, Blondie, Polly, Silver, Pan and Max) groom each other all of the time, although usually it is Pan who is the Designated Groomer. They also get into grooming sessions with Lilith, their mother, and some of the kids will go over to Midnight and headbump him until he grooms them.

Coal and Sunshine don't get involved in such things, it's beneath their dignity

Yep- it is instinctive behavior dating back to when they were kittens and mom groomed them.

neo and moemoe do. it always start out all cute and then one of them gets mad and smacks the other and a fight breaks out :LOL:

Yep, the bath sessions usually degenerate into a fight, which then turns back into a bath. So funny to watch!

:LOL: yeah that's true.. It had happened to my boys once in a while.

Whenever they start to groom each other and i called them "My sweet gay boys. :LOL:

We call it free entertainment at our house...

i'm always worried they are going to hurt each other! :LOL:

ME TOO!!! Tavish got cut on his nose and Jude got cut on his right ear. I can't afford to see them got more cuts or whatever..

Kathy, Fluffy and Rocky are obviously very loving! Sweet!

Yeah, Daisy and Venus have a love "hate" relationship as well! hehe! i stopped figuring them out. :LOL:

They really are loving towards each other....Rocky gets a little rough sometimes with her, but she always manages to stand her ground..I don;t know how, he is twice her size...

Echo is the desegnated groom at my house. She'd even groom the dog if she could! She bathes both Bud and Tiki several times a day...no one she's gets an occasional hairball! LOL!

Two of my cats, Shamie & Maddie, will groom each other, but they usually end up in a tussle. Pickles absolutely refuses to have any other cat come near her.
