I've started leaving the radio on during the day while I'm at work so the boys will hear human voices and not feel quite so lonely. It's an ancient "boom box" (bought it with my first paycheck from my first non-babysitting job in 1994, and it still works), and right now it's in my bedroom.
This morning as I was getting ready for work, I saw Rocky sitting next to the speaker, looking like he was posing for the feline version of "His Master's Voice." Unfortunately, he didn't hold the pose long; he walked away when the DJ stopped talking and started playing a song.
